At Lowca Community School, we strive to provide a high quality, inclusive education for our children and develop a strong family ethos for our pupils, parents, carers and wider community. We regularly ask for parent feedback as part of online surveys, drop ins and parents’ evenings, however if you would like to give any comments or feedback on our service, please email our office at admin@lowca.cumbria.sch.uk or fill in one of our Feedback Forms available from the school foyer.

If you have any worries or concerns, we always recommend you speak with your child’s class teacher by making an appointment through the school office.

The school will endeavour to resolve any issue/ complaint either yourself or your child has.  In the unlikely event that we cannot resolve the matter and you would like to make a formal complaint then you must follow the Lowca Community School complaints procedure. Details of how we resolve complaints from parents with Special Educational Needs can also be found in the SEND Policy.
